This house is designed according to the Arts and Crafts vernacular. It is an ‘exceptional design’ that has been rigorously reviewed through a Design Review process so that it meets with requirements of NPPF Paragraph 79.
The house sits in a spectacular location overlooking unspoilt countryside and will be constructed largely from local ironstone. The landscape has been carefully laid out to respond to the house and its setting with gardens and natural areas blending into the surrounding landscape.
