This project was the conversion of an historic Grade II listed warehouse building on the riverside frontage of North Shields Fish Quay in conjunction with North Tyneside Council and Gentoo.
The project combines a large ground floor Restaurant with an adjacent Dental Practice with a number of apartments above, which benefit from a communal roof garden with magnificent riverside views. New interventions were tastefully and carefully added to the original renovated warehouse building to match the original.
